HÀ NỘI — On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine's Independence Day (August 24,lịch chiếu wc 2018 1991 - 2024), General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee and President Tô Lâm has sent a congratulatory message to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.
